PlATINUM Maintenance Agreement:
Offers the most comprehensive coverage. The agreement covers all predictive maintenance, materials and labor for most emergency service calls. This type of contract allows our customers to predict your monthly budget by eliminating the expensive repair cost when you least need or expect them. As with all our agreements, our Technicians will provide you with a complete report on your equipment when maintenance or service work is completed.
GOLD Maintenance Agreement:
Includes all labor to provide maintenance and repairs to the listed equipment. This agreement also helps to control a portion of your expenses by reducing your contract costs, covering the labor portion of maintaining and repairing your equipment. The agreement covers the labor portion of maintaining and repairing your equipment. Additional parts for repairs are not included in this agreement. Technicians will provide you with a complete report on your equipment when maintenance or service work is completed.
SILVER Maintenance Agreement:
Covers routine inspections, maintenance performed on your HVAC/R equipment. The agreement can be customized to cover replacement filters and belts, condensate pan treatment or annual condenser coil cleaning you’re your units. A complete report of any repairs required, along with our recommendations will be included upon completion of inspections.
